Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Fees vary depending on the service, your eligibility, and income. Many services are heavily subsidised or free for concession card holders. Please ask us when you call.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
For most of our services, you do not need a referral. You can self-refer by calling us directly. Some specific medical or specialist programs may require one, which we will advise you of.
How do I start with NDIS services?
If you have an approved NDIS plan, contact our intake team. We will arrange an initial meeting to discuss your goals and how our services can support your plan.
Do you offer home visits?
Yes, we offer in-home care for eligible clients, particularly for aged care services, occupational therapy, and specific nursing needs. Call to check eligibility.
Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. We are bound by strict privacy laws and health records acts. Your information is secure and only shared with your consent for your care.
What if I don't speak English well?
We can arrange free interpreter services for your appointments. Please let us know when you book if you require an interpreter and for which language.
Are your centres wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all of our primary community health centres are fully wheelchair accessible and have accessible facilities.
